  • Do you offer custom packages?

    Absolutely. While we showcase our most popular plans, every brand is different—and your content strategy should be too. We encourage custom packages tailored to your goals, bandwidth, and budget.

  • What kind of businesses do you work with?

    Halcy works primarily with modern, women-led service businesses—think real estate professionals, wellness brands, coaches, and creative entrepreneurs. If you're passionate about what you do and want content that feels like you, we’re a great fit.

  • What makes Halcy different from other social media agencies?

    We prioritize strategy and storytelling. You won’t find any one-size-fits-all templates here. We take time to understand your brand voice, audience, and goals—so every piece of content is intentional, aligned, and polished. Our clients love how hands-off the process is while still feeling like the content reflects them perfectly.

  • Do I need to be in Los Angeles to work with Halcy?

    Not at all. We work with both local and remote clients. If you're based in LA, you can book an on-site content shoot with us—but many of our clients submit footage remotely and still get beautifully branded, high-performing content through our remote plans.

  • How do you get the content if I'm not local?

    If you’re on a remote plan, we’ll guide you through the filming process with content prompts, shot lists, or visual examples. You’ll film on your own schedule and upload your footage to a shared folder. We’ll take it from there—editing, writing captions, and scheduling your content.

  • Can you manage all of my social media platforms?

    Our primary focus is Instagram, but we also create and repurpose content for TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook depending on your package. If you have a different platform in mind, we’re happy to discuss whether it fits into your strategy and content flow.

  • How involved do I need to be?

    One of the things clients love most about Halcy is how low-lift our process is. After an initial onboarding and strategy session, we handle the heavy lifting. You’ll approve content in advance and can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like.

  • How do you know what works?

    Our management plans include optional monthly performance reports that highlight what’s working, what we’re testing, and where we’re seeing growth. We check these analytics religiously while planning and creating content for your brand. If you’re on a content-only plan, reports are available as an add-on.

  • I'm not sure what I need. Can we talk first?

    Of course! We offer free discovery calls to help you explore your options and decide what support level makes sense for your business. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics—just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.
